Our professional team at
Area Real Estate Appraisals Inc. is comprised of one AACI appraiser, two CRA candidate appraisers and one appraisal research assistant.
The Appraisal Institute of Canada, founded in 1938, is the national professional institute of real estate appraisers in Canada.
The institute awards use of two designations as follows:
AACI. P.APP. (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute/ Professional Appraiser) designates full accredited membership in the institute and may be used by the holder on all types of real estate.
CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) may be used by the holder, only in connection with the appraisal and valuation of individual undeveloped residential dwelling sites and dwellings containing not more than four, self-contained family housing units
